Constructed by building tycoon Minoru Mori, the Mori complex in Roppongi Hills incorporates office space, apartments, shops, restaurants, cafés, cinemas, a museum, hotel, major TV studio, outdoor amphitheater, and a few parks. The centerpiece is the 54-story Mori Tower, Tokyo’s 5th tallest building. Architects Kohn Pederson Fox also designed another high rise record-setter: the Shanghai World Financial Center. Currently SOM’s Midtown Tower has bypassed Mori as Tokyo’s tallest high rise, but Tokyo Sky Tree will soon trump all.http://www.roppongihills.com/en/http://www.mori.co.jp/en/projects/roppongi/http://www.kpf.com/project.asp?R=2&ID=32shanghai.htmlhttp://www.tokyo-midtown.com/en/about/http://www.tokyo-skytree.jp/shapeimage_2_link_0shapeimage_2_link_1shapeimage_2_link_2shapeimage_2_link_3shapeimage_2_link_4shapeimage_2_link_5
