Once the site of the Allard Plantation facing Bayou St. John, New Orlean’s City Park encompasses 1,300 acres and is home to the New Orleans Museum of Art and the largest collection of mature live oaks in the world. Trees in the oldest grove are over 600 years old. Hurricane Katrina devastated the park, killing more than 1000 trees and causing $43 million in damages. support City Parkhttp://neworleanscitypark.com/http://www.noma.org/http://www.noma.org/http://neworleanscitypark.com/donate.htmlshapeimage_6_link_0shapeimage_6_link_1shapeimage_6_link_2shapeimage_6_link_3
